She oversees the operational activities of Light Microfinance Bank business activities and ensures that the workforce is productive. Her responsibilities, which also include implementing new technologies, ensuring that all staff members are aware of operational best practises, and collaborating with other senior staff members on strategic planning, make her happy to be at work.
